a Brazilian Product Designer currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I originally graduated in Web Design and worked for several years as a Front-End Developer, but I’ve always been curious about human behavior. That interest led me to dive into user experience, combining creativity with strategy and empathy. After living in England and freelancing for a few months, I moved to São Paulo, completed a post-graduate degree in Interaction Design, and transitioned into UX — a path I continue to follow passionately today.
I've been working at Zup Innovation for over 4 years. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Itaú Bank. In this role, I deepened my knowledge of open finance, financial wellness, and investment strategies, applying this understanding directly to user-centered design solutions.
