Hey there!

I'm Millena

I have 33 years old, I'm Brazilian, born in Recife, located in the Northeast of Brazil. I've graduate in Web Design, but I've always been interested in the human behavior side of things, so i started to study more about user experience.
After a period of living in England and working as a freelancer, I moved to São Paulo i did post graduation in Interaction Design and decided to shift the area to work as user experience designer. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in my career, which I am still pursuing to this day

Current job

I have been working at Zup Innovation for more then 3 years now. During this time, I had the opportunity to work for Itaú Bank, specifically on their investment application called íon. In this role, I had to understand more about open finance, financial care, and investments, and combine this knowledge with my design skills.

My role involved creating flowcharts, conducting user tests, and wireframing projects in Sketch. I was also responsible for maintaining the layout using an existing design system.
