a Brazilian Product Designer. I graduated with a degree in Web Design and worked for several years as a Front-End Developer. However, my curiosity about human behavior led me to explore user experience design, where I can combine creativity with strategy and empathy. After spending some time living in England and freelancing, I moved to São Paulo, where I completed a post-graduate degree in Interaction Design. This transition was a game change for me, and I continue to pursue my passion for UX design to this day.
I have been working at Zup Innovation for over five years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Itaú Bank. In this role, I deepened my knowledge of open finance, financial wellness, and investment strategies, applying this understanding directly to user-centered design solutions.
